Search Console
Connect Google Search Console to see the clicks and impressions Google recorded for the site. These are measured, not estimated.
Choosing the property
Section titled “Choosing the property”Connect Search Console under the project’s Settings → Integrations, then choose the property for this project’s site. A property for a different site is refused, so one client’s data can never show up in another client’s project. A domain property (all of example.com) or a URL property for the same host both work.
Totals and the query table
Section titled “Totals and the query table”The cards at the top of the page (clicks, impressions, CTR and average position) are whole-site totals, the same numbers Google shows at the top of its own report.
The query table below them will not add up to those totals. Google leaves out queries it considers too rare to share, for privacy, so the rows only cover part of the traffic. The totals are the complete figure.
Reporting delay
Section titled “Reporting delay”Google’s data runs about two to three days behind. The most recent days in any chart will fill in as Google reports them.
